This video shows the growth and opportunity here in Texas. The stats are real and Texas is not only the perfect place to live but the perfect place to have a job. With times as they are we as real estate agents are seeing more and more out of state home buyers who are relocating to either find new jobs or their actual headquarters moved to Texas. While living in Massachusetts, I worked as a Foreclosure Manager for 15 years for an Appraiser, Real Estate Company and Auctioneer.
